The Leaders Kitchen Inc. works primarily with leaders in mid-sized businesses in the Alberta market. Using a simplified strategic planning process that breaks down the task of planning into bite-sized pieces, we facilitate the organization's strategic planning. We can support the company in publishing its strategic plan too. But most importantly, we don't just facilitate planning, we facilitate doing. We're not interested in helping you develop a strategic plan that doesn't get implemented. We want to help you build the plan and then support you in implementing it. That's where our support makes the biggest difference to you, your leaders and your business results.

In addition, we work with leaders and their teams by coaching them to their full potential as leaders and as human beings. We ask the tough questions in a supportive way that help leaders decide what they want to do and then do it. In coaching, we work mainly with engineers, accountants and project managers who often come from a highly technical background. As they progress on their career path and assume responsibility for leadership at mid or senior levels, where the complexities and politics involved grow more challenging, we help them discover how they want to lead in this new environment.
