Focus

We spend more than half of our waking hours at work and because of that we need to be in a job and have a lifestyle we really enjoy. My goal is to help people discover their true Authentic Vocation so they can feel fulfilled in the work they do.

Okay, so we work for too many years to not enjoy our “life after work” and retirees need to look at the non-financial aspects in designing a retirement lifestyle – to make sure they reach their goal of an ideal retirement.

Clients hold all the answers: my coaching will facilitate growth and discovery to promote positive career and life enhancements and experiences.

With several years of experience in the corporate human resources industry, I give my clients the opportunity to work with someone who is experienced in all aspects of the hiring decision: discovering what your ideal job/career is and where they can be found, effective networking plans, great resumes/cover letters, interviewing tips, and negotiating the salary.

Coaching people satisfies the desire to help clients make better career choices. Because of my personal life and work experiences, I have an immediate connection to and enjoy working with high achieving professional women who are ready and willing to make a change in their job or career.
