Loie has spent over 36 years managing projects, teams and events in a variety of industries and non-profit organizations. With training from Royal Roads University she has added Certified Executive Coach to her resume, adding their techniques to her own innate coaching ability.

Loie’s coaching clients come from a variety of industries including Not-For-Profit, Government, Hospitality, Communication and Human Resources. She takes particular pleasure in working with people in transition and new and aspiring leaders.
