Shelli comes from a position of calm serenity, along with a wonderful sense of humor and great intuition, therefore creating a place for clients to be themselves, let go and focus on what they need at that moment and for the future. Shelli along with her business partner Sue Wyatt helps individuals, couples, families, teams groups, organizations to transformatively improve their behaviors, thinking, performance and relationships to achieve better results.

To speed up the process we use the highly respected 'Paul Hertz Group's' revolutionary Print system. The Print system was ingeniously developed by Dr Paul Hertz the President of 'The Paul Hertz Group whilst he was successfully achieving to operationalize the teachings of Dr. Edwards Deming's.

Using the Print System that we feel honored to have been personally trained and licensed to use by Dr. Paul Hertz himself we primary focus on:

Print Motivators
This is what drives the behavior we see in ourselves and others

Everyone has two motivators. The first motivator is classified as a Major Motivator and the second one is classified as a Minor Motivator. Both of the motivators effect our behavior but the Major Motivator has the strongest influence on our decision making, behaviors etc.

Print Contributions
What we or others contribute to the world, group, organization etc. because of the drive of our Print Motivators

Print Strategies
A Persons unconscious devised plan of action, none actions etc. to personally or professionally get the Print Motivator met - satisfy the drive of the motivator

Print Best Self Behaviors
These are the positive behaviors a person naturally demonstrates when their unconscious motivator is being met

Print Shadow Behaviors
The negative behaviors a person naturally demonstrates when their unconscious motivators are being threatened or ignored

Print Triggers
These are things people do or say, or don't do or don't say, including their body language that can elicit a negative behavior or reaction in ourselves or others - Triggers are Print specific and different Prints respond to different Triggers

Print Wheel
The Print wheel provides valuable information into a group of peoples unique composition of their Print Motivators, Contributions, Strategies, Best Self Behaviors, Shadow Behaviors and Triggers

The Print Wheel creates information and a opportunity to develop strategies and find solutions to help teams, groups, organizations reach their goals

Using all the above information along with my exclusive Print training and extensive coach training and experience I partners with people to transformatively utilize the valuable information the Print System provides
