As a professionally trained and Certified Executive Coach I bring my passion and belief in the positive personal transformation of coaching to every encounter. I have over 35 years of leadership, management and coaching experience at various levels in the public and not for profit sectors.Coaching is about leadership and individuals becoming extraordinary in their achievements, performance and their relationships. It is a collaborative partnership built on mutual trust, respect, confidentiality and freedom of expression. In this environment of trust, using a coaching framework is the basis for discovery of opportunities, development of momentum and creating positive and lasting change. Coaching is results driven, empowering and enabling clients to be bold and creative and to excel in the actualization of their professional and personal goals.
My coaching involves one on one coaching via the telephone or face to face. I also do group and team coaching and have access to EQ (Emotional Quotient). I work with leaders and potential leaders at all levels of an organization and support a coaching culture in organizations. My clients include executive, senior and middle managers, as well as professionals in the public and private sectors. My coaching focus:

Yvonne is a graduate of Royal Roads University Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate Program and has a BHEc from the University of Manitoba. Yvonne’s continuing education and training includes development in leadership, project management, coaching, and managing organizational change and transition reflecting her strong belief and commitment to life-long learning. Yvonne is a member of the International Coach Federation.
