Our Past President, Linda Maul, did a fabulous job last year of bringing to life her theme, Building Community, and our focus for 2011, Increasing Engagement, builds on that. Our aspiration is to increase participation and see that reflected not only in attendance but also in each board position being supported by a volunteer group sharing the load and making it very manageable for all. 

This year we are beginning to work on a program to support new coaches, you will see an increased profile in the social media and we have begun to offer programming  offering CCEUs (Continuing Coach Education Certificates) to attendees. Earning these is an integral part of accredited coaches' tri-annual re-certification.
